Privacy Policy
What We Collect
We collect only the minimum data needed: email address (parent's for under-13), age tier, and chat progress. We never collect real names, addresses, or school information from children.
Parental Consent
For children under 13, we require verifiable parental consent before any data is collected. Parents receive an email with a verification code to approve account creation.
Data Deletion
Parents can delete all their child's data at any time from the Parent Dashboard. Simply click 'Delete All Data' and everything is permanently removed within 24 hours.
Third-Party Sharing
We never share children's personal information with third parties. We do not use behavioral advertising for users under 13.
Auto-Delete Policy
Chat data for Explorer tier (ages 9-12) is automatically deleted every 24 hours. Seedling tier (ages 5-8) uses scripted dialogues with zero personal data storage.
